These terms apply when you use the TIKK app or the tikkhealth.com website. By using TIKK, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use TIKK.

1. What TIKK is

TIKK is a free tool that helps you remember to take medicines, record doses and vitals, share your chart with carers, and prepare doctor reports and medicine orders. TIKK is made by Anil Kariwala, Kolkata, India.

2. TIKK is not medical advice

TIKK is a reminder, not a doctor, pharmacist or medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always follow your doctor's instructions, and check every medicine, dose and time TIKK shows, especially after scanning a prescription. In an emergency, call your doctor or local emergency services.

3. Reminders can fail

TIKK works in your phone's browser. Reminders depend on your phone's settings, battery saver, Focus or Do Not Disturb modes, volume, and internet connection. On iPhone, reminders only work when TIKK is opened from its Home Screen icon. Please use the “Test the alarm” button, and do not rely on TIKK as your only reminder for medicines that are critical.

4. Your responsibilities

Enter and check medicine details carefully.
Share your 6-digit code and recovery key only with people you trust.
Use TIKK only for yourself or for people who have agreed to you managing their medicines.
Do not misuse TIKK, try to break it, or access other people's charts without permission.

5. Carers and shared charts

When you link a carer, they can see your chart and tick doses. You are responsible for who you share with, and you can unlink a carer at any time. Carers must use the information only to help the person they look after.

6. Medicine orders

TIKK creates an order list that you send to a chemist yourself. TIKK does not sell, supply or deliver medicines and is not a party to any purchase. Check quantities before you send an order.

7. Price

TIKK is free for patients and families. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you first, and the core reminders will stay free. [Confirm this promise.]

8. Your data

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time from Settings.

9. Changes and availability

We may update, pause or stop parts of TIKK. We will try to give notice of major changes in the app. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.

10. Limitation of liability

TIKK is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for missed doses, wrong entries, or any harm that comes from relying on TIKK instead of your doctor's advice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal will handle any disputes.
